We refer to our previous announcement for the transaction we have entered into with Sovcombank relating to sale of our %100 stake in Garanti Bank Moscow. This announcement is to confirm that the necessary approvals required for the closing of the transaction have been obtained and the share transfers have been finalized. The final purchase price paid was $ 38,412,833.76
