Corporate Governance Policy
Garanti BBVA’s Board of Directors recognizes the importance of a system of corporate governance for large institutions. This system should guide the structure and operation of its corporate bodies for the benefit of the company and its shareholders.
This General Policy Corporate Governance, aims to highlight the bank’s principles, guidelines and commitments related to corporate governance and adapt them to the reality of the bank and society (hereafter, the “policy”)
This policy was approved by Garanti BBVA’s Board of Directors on 01/12/2022.
