Announcement regarding results of the bond issuance
Pursuant with the Capital Markets Board approval dated September 10, 2014; T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş has been authorized regarding (i) the public offering of 105-day maturity bank bonds in the nominal amount of 450,000,000 TL and 161-day maturity bank bonds in the nominal amount of 300,000,000 TL (in total 750,000,000 TL nominal amount) and, (ii) the increase of the public offering issuance amount up to a nominal amount of 1,100,000,000 TL, in case of an excess demand from investors.
On September 26, 2014 , Simple Interest Rate of 105-day Garanti Bank Bonds has been determined as 8.67578%, Compound Interest Rate as 8.94716% and Selling Price as 97.565 TL; and as to 161-day Garanti Bank Bonds Simple Interest Rate has been determined as 9.05569%, Compound Interest Rate as 9.28566% and Selling Price as 96.159 TL.
The demand and distribution amounts related to the public offering on the basis of investor groups and the details of the number of investors who became entitled to take bank bonds are presented in the enclosed table.
