BBVA's application to BRSA regarding the purchase of shares
With regard to our public disclosure dated 19.11.2014, Banca Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (BBVA) has applied to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, in order to obtain the approval for the sale of %14.89 share capital of T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. by Doğuş Holding A.Ş. to BBVA.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
