We set forth below the information provided to us by our shareholder Doğuş Holding A.Ş.;
Doğuş Holding confirms that it is in negotiations with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A with respect to sale of shares of Garanti representing %14.89 of the share capital. The negotiations have not been completed yet.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
