Announcement regarding the issuance of Garanti bank bonds
The circular regarding the public offering of the Garanti Bank bonds in the aggregate nominal amount of TL 500 million (in case of excess demand, the amount of public offering will be increased to the nominal amount of TL 900 million); consisting of bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 250 million with a maturity of 77 days and bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 250 million with a maturity of 178 days, was approved by the Capital Markets Board on July 13, 2012.
Book building of Garanti Bank bonds will take place on July 17-18-19, 2012.
