As a result of our application to the Capital Markets Board pursuant to our Board of Directors’ resolution dated February 14, 2013, the registration of our bank bonds and/or debentures in the total nominal amount of TL 6,700,000,000 was published in the Capital Markets Board’s weekly bulletin numbered 2013/15.
Book building of Garanti Bank bonds will take place on May 13-14-15, 2013.
