Announcement regarding Summary Prospectus
The “Summary” approved by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey on December 25, 2014, regarding to public offering of bank bonds in the nominal amount of TL 310,000,000 with a maturity of 85 days, discounted bonds in the nominal amount of TL 90,000,000 with a maturity of 368 days and fixed-coupon bonds in the nominal amount of TL 50,000,000 with a maturity of 728 days, is enclosed herewith.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
